Damian Davy , CEAP, MIACP, IAAP, MEAPA, MEAEF.
Work & Organisational Psychologist, Psychotherapist & EAP Consultant.
Damian is a Work and Organisational (Occupational) Psychologist, Psychotherapist and EAP Consultant with over nineteen years experience in the EAP field working with the Irish government and recently received the ‘Minister’s Award’ for his contribution to innovative health and safety projects at work.
He holds the following qualifications,

- Certificate in EAP, Institute of Personnel Management.
- Certificate in Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy.

He has recently completed a research project for the Office of the Civil Service and Local Appointments Commission and is currently researching for a doctorate in the area of occupational psychology through a European wide study into EAP/Counselling and effectiveness
His particular areas of interest include the development of EAPs, Continuing Professional Development, Ethics, Recruitment, Selection and Assessment, Career Planning, Life and Business Coaching, Personality Profiling, Work-Life Balance and CISM.
He is a founder member of the Association of Welfare and Employee Assistance Counsellors (AWEAC) which has now become the Employee Assistance Professionals Association (EAPA-Ireland). He has also served as Cathaoirleach (National Chairperson) of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and on a number of its committees. He is Chair of Research with the Employee Assistance European Forum and an executive member of the Division of Work & Organisational Psychologists, Psychological Society of Ireland.

Kevin Farrell
Psychotherapist & EAP Consultant.
Since 1991 Kevin has been working as an Employee Assistance Professional. He has undertaken training in counselling/psychotherapy and psychology and was awarded a Diploma in Counselling from Trinity College Dublin in 1995 and an Honours Degree in Psychology from the Open University in 2001.
He has undergone training and gained considerable experience in a number of disciplines and has been awarded diplomas and certificates in Addiction Awareness, Critical Incident Stress Debriefing, Bereavement Counselling, Social Studies, Theology and Philosophy, Rational, Emotive & Behavioural Therapy, EAP Co-ordination, EC Law and Trade Union Studies. He has facilitated a number of training and educational courses including, Stress Management, Addiction Awareness and Bereavement
He has a special interest in suicide/suicide prevention and the impact of suicide on the bereaved. He works as a volunteer counsellor and trainer with the Bereavement Counselling Service, St Ann’s, Dawson St, Dublin 2.
Kevin is an accredited member of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP) and is also a member of the Employee Assistance Professionals Association, (EAPA), the Irish Association of Suicidology (IAS), the European Association for Counselling (EAC) and the European Society for Trauma and Stress Studies, (ESTSS)
Gerard Mc Nevin is an Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist. He is also a Certified Reality Therapist with 10 years experience working in the field of therapy.
Gerard began his career as a Nurse in London and graduated in 1988. Having returned to Ireland Gerard began to work in the Social care profession where he worked therapeutically with vulnerable young people and adults for 13 years. Gerard received a Diploma in Social Care and graduated from Dublin City University in 1999.
Currently Gerard works with clients on a one to one basis. He also conducts group facilitation and supervision to HSE agencies and personnel. Gerard has also given training to multiple Schlorosis groups as well as giving Personnel Development Workshops on Self Esteem,. Anger Management, and Assertiveness to Transition Year Students in Secondary Schools.
At present Gerard is undertaking a Masters in Psychotherapy in Dublin City University.
